 HOW TO GET STARTED?

  1. Use our site to search the MLS listings for homes that match your criteria.

  2. Preview homes by driving by them and eliminate any homes that do not meet your criteria. If you are visiting new home neighborhoods, please be sure to tell them you are working with Deep Creek Realty as your REALTOR and to register both of our names in their registration book.

  3. Call or email Deep Creek Realty to arrange a showing for any homes you are interested in viewing.

  4. Deep Creek Realty will schedule a showing date and time and meet you at the home(s) you are interested in viewing.

  5. Deep Creek Realty will represent you throughout the buying process and transaction as your exclusive Buyer's Agent.

  6. Within 10 business days after the closing of your purchased property,  you will be mailed a rebate check for 1% of the sales price of the home you purchased
